    and deals fairly and honestly with its employees, customers, competitors and suppliers
  • Prohibits conflicts of interests and use of company assets and information for personal gain
  • Complies with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and its employees and directors refrain from making, causing
    to be made or accepting any bribe, kickback or similar payment or inducement
  • Refrains from complying with other countries’ boycotts that the U.S. does not support, procuring directly or
